There are many variables when it comes to delivery time. Sometimes a truck may have more than one driver which cuts delivery time in half. Typically even on the longest routes delivery is rarely over 7 days.
Yes, every quote received includes full coverage insurance on an open trailer up to $100,000 in coverage and up to $2,000,000 for enclosed trailers. The second the vehicle is released into the carrier's possession the carrier insurance takes over.
No, in most cases door to door pick up and delivery is available. Unless the trailer is physically unable to make it down a narrow street or due to any specific arrangements made by you, all service will include door to door delivery.

We are a broker. 99% of the companies that you speak with will be Brokers. This means that almost everyone that you are speaking to is the bridge that connects you, the customer, to the carrier who will be shipping your vehicle. "Why don't I just speak to carriers only?" you might be thinking. The answer is simple: carriers just want to pick up and deliver vehicles, they do not want to sit at a desk asking and answering questions for someone who may or may not book with them when they can get a secured, confirmed order from a broker.
Yes. However we ask that any items placed in the vehicle be below window level, be put in the back seat and trunk and be under 100 lbs.
Payments on delivery can be made via cash, cashiers check, money order, credit or debit card, Zelle, Cash App or any kind of certified funds. Personal checks are not accepted.
You do not have to be available at either location. On pick up the driver needs access to the keys and the vehicle. In cases where you are not available on pick up the driver will document and send pictures of the loading process and an electronic bill of lading may be sent for signature. You can also designate another person to release the vehicle on your behalf. On delivery if you are unavailable the carrier can deliver the vehicle at the location and place the keys anywhere you deem as safe. You can also designate another individual to receive the vehicle on your behalf.
You can cancel your order at any time. However if the cancellation is made after the truck has been dispatched for pick up and is on the way you may incur a dry run fee charged to your card on file. You can postpone a pick up date or cancel a transport and incur no fees as long as a truck was not dispatched for pick up.

I spent the better part of a week trying to find a carrier for my truck that had blown its transmission. I needed to get this truck from GA to OK, and I needed it done relatively cheap. Within an hour of requesting a quote, Shane called me and explained the entire shipping process to me, having never shipped a vehicle before, in a very clear and concise manner. I filled out a form online and 2 minutes later I was bombarded with emails, texts and phone calls. The whole thing was very overwhelming. I sifted through the rates and picked 3 companies that seemed to be similar in price. None were the highest or the lowest. I read before about getting suckered into a cheap price only to get a ton of hidden fees added on after the fact. After talking with the 3 companies, Nova being one of them, I was completely comfortable with having Alan and his team handle my shipping needs. One week later my vehicle is delivered, Alan and Shane were very responsive through the process and the driver Alexi was on time and very polite. Shane was Great!! Within 2 minutes of asking for a request he contacted me. Valued his expertise on how my sons car would be shipped from New Jersey to California. Drove to a location to meet the truck - down pour in rain - but impressively - David loaded the car on trailer- safely and performed his 10 point checklist that took an hour.....I appreciated that......Car arrived in California early and without a scratch. I'm a travel nurse, yet I have never shipped my car before. I always heard people tell nightmares about companies, but I had no other choice and took a leap of faith. I've put in for plenty of quotes, however Nova transport stood out to me. They had good review, after good review, and their price was decent. I cared the most about the contract, which was rock solid. They cover any damage to the vehicle during transport. The driver contacted me the day before and gave me a specific time frame upon arrival. He arrived on time, loaded up the car and we both took pictures. A few days prior to arrival, the company was in contract with me to give me approximate day of arrival. Upon the day of I got a call twice from the driver to give me approximate location as well as time. The transaction was smooth. The payment was super fast and easy. They gave me the receipt right on the spot to my email. Both of us examined the car And took pictures. My car came back in the same shape it was picked up. Later that day I got another follow up call if there were any concerns or issues I had. They were always quick to answer me calls and questions. Very nice and professional.
